Better self-esteem: How to identify important goals

The SMART model stands for 5 important characteristics that can help you identify and achieve motivating goals:

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Relevant

Time Limited

Now it is time to start looking at what you want to change to feel better and to live the life you want.

After reflecting over your life, you can start by writing down the SMART-model in the following order:
1 SPECIFY the problems you have identified as specific areas – also include 2-3 specific situations displaying the problem in your daily life
2 SPECIFY the symptoms and consequences that you think the problem creates, i.e. how the problem negatively affects you and your life today
