– Breaks during the day
 
– Gratitude
 
Then consider when during the day you will continue to reflect on this theme and evaluate progress.
 
I suggest you choose to connect this reflection to an activity you already do on a daily basis: when eating breakfast, brushing teeth, walking the dog etc.
