More About How To Reduce The Stress Level At Home

Here continues a summary of my posts on how to recover as quickly as possible from stress and exhaustion.

In my daily work with people who have sought help for problems with stress and fatigue, I have been able to distinguish 3 building blocks in stress management:

1) Regulate your stress level, se techniques in earlier post

2) Handle stress sources

3) Use stress management habits

When it comes to the second building block, handle stress sources, there are several important areas:

-Self-image and values

-Thoughts & Pacing

-At Home

-At Work

-Relationships

-Technology

Today the post continues with how you can manage your stress sources at home in addition to re-evaluating activities and planning together which were the topics last week.

In everyday life it can be valuable to prepare the day before – both clothes, bags and food. It makes a big difference in the internal stress level and spreads another sense of calm.

It may also be important to schedule recurring activities, even trivial ones such as cleaning.

Continuously reassess, together if you live with someone, to jointly find solutions that work to reduce the overall stress level.
