About The Connection Among Relationship Patterns, Emotions and Self-Esteem

Today’s post continues with how our relationship pattern affects our ability to take care of and calm our emotions as well as impacts our self-worth.

This connection is to a large extent based on childhood experiences which also impacts our expectations of to what degree we can depend on and get help from others.

Last weeks’ posts were about how to develop our relationship pattern and hence emotional life by behaving in an opposite manner.

To base this on self-esteem and an expectancy that also you deserve to be loved.

For example, if you feel insecure, visualize how someone who is secure would act and behave.

The logic behind this is that we often act according to assumptions based on our relationship patterns. To get different results we have to challenge fears and anxiety.
