4 Steps For Streghtening Your Self-Esteem Starting Today

Today I continue with techniques for how you directly can improve your self-esteem through getting to know yourself.

Step 1:
One important step is to write a daily diary about:
– what you stand for
-what matters to you
-what you are experiencing, thinking and feeling
-3 things that you have done well every day and which positive traits these situations mirror in you.

Step 2:
It is also important to make a specific and growing list over your successes and achievements.

Step 3:
In addition, write daily 3 things that you are grateful for helps you find meaning,  color your perspective, assign reasonable proportions to events and gives perspectives on what is important in life.

Step 4:
It is also beneficial to reflect by reading through old entries to see how far you have come since you began. End this reflection with something that you have not yet expressed your gratitude for and aomerhing you are proud of, such as something you may have taken for granted, like good health or your personal values and traits your actions mirror.
